Individual psychotherapy sessions are offered virtually throughout Ontario, and select provinces of Canada.
Sessions are $160+HST/50 minutes, and are usually scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. EMDR treatment may require longer sessions: 80-minute EMDR appointments are $225+HST.
I offer a limited number of evening appointments. Please note that I currently have a waitlist for sliding scale spots.
Services may be covered by extended health insurance. Please contact your insurer to determine if you have coverage for Registered Psychotherapists. R.P. services in Ontario are also tax deductible if you are eligible for the medical expense tax credit.
