Resources
Here's a collection of resources that I or my clients have found helpful. I hope they'll be useful for you too. This page is a work in progress, so if you have any that you think I should add, please let me know by emailing me at connect@yzobelahyett.com.
There are a lot of great books, podcasts, TikTok tools, and exercises, etc., that can be very helpful in managing the symptoms of anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, etc. I encourage you to make use of them, and I also recognize that many of us are not able to DIY our healing and recovery -- so feel welcome to set up a counselling consultation if you'd like some support!
