Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for those working with the perinatal population and for clinicians who work with trauma, anxiety, and OCD. I meet the requirements of the CRPO and offer support for R.P. Qualifying members.

I provide a relational approach to supervision, focused on fostering your sense of competence and confidence in your work; helping you to build a strong foundation in ethical, theoretical, and clinical skills; and nurturing the development of your professional identity.

I offer clinical supervision from a feminist, anti-oppressive, culturally-aware and trauma-informed relational frame.

I am certified in perinatal mental health, and specialize in reproductive trauma (including birth trauma, obstetric violence, pregnancy and infant loss, and TFMR), childhood/sexual trauma, anxiety/intrusive thoughts/perinatal OCD, and the impact of intergenerational trauma on the perinatal/parenting experience. I do not offer supervision for  eating disorders or substance use issues.

I offer an integrative approach, incorporating ACT, EMDR, IFS/ego state approaches, psychodynamic, feminist and relational-cultural therapy, EFT, and ERP/inference-based CBT.

Individual supervision $150/60 minutes.

Dyadic supervision $75/60 minutes.

Group supervision (max.4 participants) $50/60 minutes.
